Great for those experiencing tension-related issues, such as shoulder, neck, or back problems, headaches, or abnormal breathing. It's suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. It increases your concentration and zest for life, and gives you greater inner peace and a solid foundation for positive changes in a hectic life. We'll start with a short intake interview where you'll tell me what you need help with and if there are any specific things I should be aware of. I work with the basic principles of yoga, and through my years of experience, I've developed my own unique style. The individual, effective guidance consists of standing, sitting, and lying exercises that can be dynamic or static and promote stability, relaxation, and health. Blockages are softened and broken down , allowing natural and spontaneous breathing patterns to be restored. During this session, I can also incorporate Heartmath, NLP, and Thai Yoga. I also do personal sessions for seniors!
