Meet Ingeborg
Based in Apeldoorn, I guide online mindful yoga, meditation, and relaxation practices for people across the Netherlands. My approach is calm, attentive, and rooted in awareness — as a way to come home to the body.
Drawing from Hatha Yoga, meditation, and Tibetan Buddhist philosophies, I create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what aligns in you. At times, I play the harp in my classes, allowing sound, movement, and breath to meet and support a deeper sense of stillness.
