Terms and Conditions Yogaschool Apeldoorn Hayoga


General
These terms and conditions apply to all persons who have purchased a service (online yoga class, workshop, etc.) from Yogaschool Apeldoorn Hayoga, registered under Chamber of Commerce number 58725474, either free of charge or for a fee.


• Attendance at a class, workshop, etc. means that you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
• Attendance at a class, workshop, etc. means that you have agreed to

• All classes are offered online, unless otherwise agreed, as
may be the case with one-on-one classes, workshops, or corporate yoga.

Subscription
• Subscriptions are ongoing, apply only to you as a person, and are not
transferable.
• The price of the subscription is listed on the website. This is a monthly amount that
must be paid before the start of the month in question.
• If you wish to change your subscription, this is of course possible. The basic principle is
that you must give at least one month's notice of which subscription will be
terminated and when the new subscription will start.
• There is no registration fee for new students who take out a subscription.
If a student cancels and wishes to rejoin within the same year,
a one-time administration fee of €25.00 will apply.

Workshops
• All current workshops and the corresponding dates, times, and prices are listed on the
website. 
• You can register for a workshop by sending an email with your full
name, telephone number, and email address. Your registration will
only be official once payment has been made before the start of the
workshop, stating the date and name
of the workshop.

Personal training (one-on-one lessons)
• One-on-one lessons are always tailor-made. The price is listed on the
website, but may be increased if, for example, preparation time
and travel time are required. This will be indicated in advance, including any additional
costs.
• Date, time, and location are determined in consultation.
• Payment must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
Corporate yoga
• Corporate yoga is always tailored to the needs of the company and
its employees/customers. The price and content of the appointment will be agreed between both parties

• If the order confirmation is already available, cancellation is still possible up to 7 days before the start of
the activity. In this case, 50% of the agreed
price will be charged. Otherwise, the full amount will still be charged
• Payment must be made within 21 days of the invoice date. If payment is not
made within that period, a reminder will be sent. If 14
days after this reminder, a second and final
reminder will be sent. If payment is still not received 14 days after that,
a debt collection specialist will be engaged and the additional
costs incurred will be recovered from the debtor.

Payment
• Payments for all activities (subscriptions, workshops, etc.) must be made online
to account number NL78 KNAB 0259 9513 23 in the name of Yogaschool
Apeldoorn Hayoga, stating what is being purchased and the
name of the person who will be attending.

Holidays and public holidays
• There are no classes on national holidays, unless otherwise indicated.
• If a national holiday falls on your class day, you can take a class on another day offered in the same week.

annual calendar with the dates on which there are no classes during the holidays and when
there is an adjusted schedule. As soon as the adjusted schedule is known, it will be posted on

• The monthly subscription prices are calculated based on all classes that are
offered, including these holidays and public holidays.
Missed classes and cancellation of other activities

• For customers with a subscription, the following applies in the event of cancellation you can notify us by
phone or email. Of course, you will have the opportunity to take another class in consultation with the
instructor; your health comes first.
• If you do not notify us of your cancellation or only do so after the class, you will lose the
opportunity to make up the class.
• For all other activities that apply to individuals, you must cancel at least 24
hours in advance by telephone or email. We will discuss with you whether
another appointment can be made or whether the money will be refunded

Teacher absence
• If the teacher is unable to attend, the option of taking a replacement (online) class will be offered in consultation with the
teacher.
• In the event of a prolonged absence (more than one month) of the teacher, an email
will be sent to all students to inform them of this. This email will
provide information about the expected duration, possible replacement by another
teacher, and any other relevant information. If no suitable replacement
can be found for the absent teacher, it will be possible to cancel the
subscription.

Cancellation
• Cancellation is possible with a notice period of at least one (1) full calendar month
prior to the month in which the subscription is to end.
• The cancellation must be sent by email to info@hayoga.nl. You will receive
an email confirming your cancellation.
• After terminating your subscription, you can make up classes until the last date of
your subscription. After this date, all rights to do so will expire and no
refund will be given.

Personal risk & liability
• Participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk.
• If you have any physical complaints, it is advisable to consult your doctor before
participating in an activity.
• Yogaschool Apeldoorn Hayoga is not responsible for and cannot be held liable in any way
for damage and/or loss of property
during activities it offers, nor for any form of physical injury before,
during, or after an activity.

Complaints
• All complaints are taken very seriously. For complaints relating to
the teacher, it is recommended that you first discuss the matter with the teacher themselves.
You can also send an email to info@hayoga.nl. We will then
contact you as soon as possible to see if the complaint can be
resolved. You are always free to cancel your subscription
if the complaint remains unresolved.
Privacy
• Your privacy is very important, which is why we handle all your
personal data with care. We always comply with the applicable laws and regulations
regarding your personal data (GDPR). The current
