Yoga, meditation, and relaxation for the mind and body
Hello, I’m Ingeborg Deichmann.
I guide yoga and meditation as a way to come home to the body and find more ease in everyday life. My classes offer a supportive space to slow down, soften, and reconnect through mindful movement, breath, and guided meditation.
I’m based in Apeldoorn and work primarily online, offering mindful yoga and meditation for people locally and throughout the Netherlands.
My Philosophy
From an early age, movement and music felt natural to me. Singing and moving gave me a sense of freedom, and that embodied way of being continues to shape how I teach — with calm attention and care.
I started practicing yoga as a solution to a bad back. What began as a physical necessity quickly expanded into a practice of listening: to sensations, to breath, to the subtle ways tension lives in both the body and the mind. Through gentle movement, meditation influenced by Tibetan Buddhism, and at times playing the harp, my classes support physical and mental release and recharge.

Education
I have been teaching yoga and meditation for over 35 years, and I continue to feel grateful that this path has become my life’s work. My background weaves together yoga, meditation, therapeutic training, and energy work, supporting a holistic and grounded approach to teaching.
